Description

The post doc will join Kasper R. Andersen’s research group working on structural and functional analysis of plant receptors and downstream signaling pathway components. The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and to supervise students in the group. Experience with protein purification, bacterial and insect cell expression systems as well as a strong background in protein biochemistry and structural biology (x-ray crystallography and cryoEM) is required. The post doc will use different biophysical techniques to monitor protein-protein interactions and prior knowledge of these is an advantage.
