Job Summary This summer internship provides aspiring technical sales professionals with hands-on experience working on strategic, project-based initiatives that directly impact customer operations and business performance. Interns gain exposure to field operations, technical sales support, data analysis, and customer engagement while developing a strong understanding of chemical technologies and commercial sales processes.
What You Will Do Work on strategic projects with direct impact on customer performance and district objectives Utilize internal data management systems to analyze and optimize chemical programs Perform system analysis, interpret data, and develop written recommendations to improve operational efficiency Engage with customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation solutions Provide technical support by identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating when necessary Learn and apply knowledge of chemical technologies and innovations across the business Participate in supervised travel within an assigned sales territory Present internship project findings to leadership upon completion

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited educational program Majors may include Chemical Engineering, Business, Data Science, Agricultural Management, or related fields Junior or senior standing with at least one semester remaining prior to graduation Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Authorization to work without immigration sponsorship
Physical Demands Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at chest height Role is safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
