Description
Postdoctoral researcher opportunity in biomolecular condensates and protein misfolding
Departments of Biochemistry and Physics, University of Alberta
Location: Edmonton, Canada
Position Description
Drs Mok and Woodside at the University of Alberta are seeking a postdoctoral researcher to lead a project investigating the structural dynamics of TDP-43 in biomolecular condensates and how these processes are modified by interactions with molecular chaperones. This project is interdisciplinary and the candidate will be jointly supervised by Drs Mok and Woodside. The researcher will gain advanced expertise in experimental techniques such as high-throughput protein purification, mass photometry, and optical tweezers.
