Description
Frontage Laboratories is expanding its DMPK team and is seeking experienced, hands-on scientists to support continued growth across in vitro ADME, Development DMPK, Biotransformation/Met ID and bioanalytical functions in our Headquarter site at Exton, PA. Positions may be considered at the Scientist, Senior Scientist, or Principal Scientist/Associate Director level, depending on experience and technical expertise.
Group Openings Key Focus / Desired Expertise
In Vitro ADME (2 openings)
Hands-on experience with in vitro ADME assays supporting discovery and IND-enabling programs. Relevant expertise may include metabolic stability, CYP inhibition/induction, reaction phenotyping, protein binding, permeability/transporters, hepatocyte-based assays, data interpretation, and study design.
Development DMPK (2-3)
Experience supporting development-stage DMPK programs, including integrated ADME/PK strategy, metabolite profiling/identification, biotransformation, MIST or radiolabeled ADME studies, cross-species interpretation, regulatory support, and preparation/review of study reports.
Bioanalytical (2)
Strong hands-on LC-MS/MS bioanalytical experience supporting non-GLP and/or GLP DMPK studies. Expertise in method development, optimization, sample analysis, troubleshooting, data review, and quantitative bioanalysis is highly desirable.

Requirements
General Qualifications:
MS/PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a related discipline, with experience appropriate to the position level.
Strong laboratory and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently execute and troubleshoot DMPK studies.
CRO experience, client communication skills, scientific writing, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are highly valued.
Senior and Principal Scientist candidates should demonstrate increasing scientific leadership, study design, data interpretation, mentoring, and client-facing capabilities.
